Diego Espinoza wants us to believe that he shares our priorities and values the same things that we do. Sounds great, but when you get beyond the rhetoric and look at Diego Espinoza’s actual record, the facts tell a very different story.

Diego Espinoza makes his living forcibly deporting children from New Mexico and all over the United States

He doesn’t talk a lot about how he earns his living, but the fact is that Diego Espinoza works for CSI Aviation Inc., which has been paid a whopping $894,164,143 for its forcible deportations — including children — from the United States.

And where are these kinds being deporting to? In many cases, his employer is sending them back to Central American countries plagued by gang violence and murder. Their futures are uncertain, to say the least.

Diego Espinoza will be another vote to let politicians interfere with a woman’s personal health care decisions

In our community, people believe that a woman should be able to make her own personal medical decisions about her pregnancy, including the decision to have an abortion.

But if Diego Espinoza represents us in Santa Fe, he’ll be just another vote in favor of letting politicians interfere with a woman’s personal decisions about abortion.

Diego Espinoza will side with fracking companies, not local families

Who ever thought we’d need laws to protect our drinking water and our homes from irresponsible fracking corporations?

Well, with fracking operations planned for Rio Rancho we need those protections today but Diego Espinoza will side with Republican legislators who voted with oil companies to prevent local governments from banning drilling and fracking in neighborhoods where it isn’t wanted.

Fact Check:

Official General Services Administration records document the nearly $1 billion that CSI Aviation has been paid for forcible deportations since 2005. New Mexico Right to Life, which opposes abortion in all cases, has endorsed Diego Espinoza. Espinoza’s Republican allies voted for House Bill 366 (2015), which would prevent local governments from banning drilling and fracking in neighborhoods where it isn’t wanted.
